Bondi Lane was founded by Tahlia in 2018, after years of searching for a Hair Salon that truly understood her as a customer. She wasn’t just someone who was after just beautiful hair, but a customer service experience, an education destination which would leave her not only having beautiful hair for one day, but for the weeks in between her visits. Tahlia dreamt of creating a team that were more than colleagues, but gal pals, who could collaborate to create the best hair transformation our clients had ever experienced. Most of all, Tahlia wanted to create a hair home for our Laners, that felt warm and where every customer felt like they belonged.

In exchange, we expect from you:

  • Minimum Certificate III Hairdressing qualification

  • Minimum 5 years salon experience with confidence in all areas of hairdressing

  • Big love of both modern and traditional colouring techniques with bonus points for being a Blonde and Lived In champion

  • Shared values including honesty, reliability and wielding a growth mindset
